Career growth

This is a format of short-term psychotherapeutic work based on a specialized methodology with which I work after vocational training.

The method is focused on people already in the profession, and allows you to deeply and structurally analyze their current position, prospects and development points. The purpose of the consultation – to help determine the real trajectory of professional growth, taking into account personal resources, restrictions, needs and internal conflicts.

This is not a career guidance, but navigation along the already chosen professional path – with the opportunity to reach a new level of quality, awareness and efficiency.

What questions do you come up with:

• “I’m in the profession, but it’s like I’m stuck – what’s next?”
• “I want to grow, but I don’t understand where and how to move”
• “I understand that I can do more, but I don’t open up”
• “Something prevents you from taking a step forward, although everything seems to be ready”
• “I feel the potential, but I don’t understand how to implement it”

What we do in the process:

• Determine current internal and external barriers
• We analyze professional dynamics, conflicts, motivation
• We identify potential and personal resources that are not yet included
• We form a realistic development strategy in the near future
• Determine the specific steps necessary for moving forward

Format:

Consultation is carried out in the form of 2-3 in-depth sessions, after which the client has:

• clarity about your direction
• structured understanding ‘Where am I now’ and ‘Where I’m going’
• internal support for movement
• readiness for action without anguish, but with a holistic reliance on oneself
