Offer for Professional Consulting Services

This document is a public offer (hereinafter, the “Offer”) in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. It is addressed to individuals (hereinafter, the “Client”) for the conclusion of an agreement for the provision of consulting services on the terms set forth below.
1. Subject of the Offer
1.1. The Service Provider renders remote consulting services in the form of individual online sessions aimed at supporting the Client’s psycho-emotional state, developing skills for overcoming stressful and crisis situations, and improving the Client’s quality of life.
1.2. Services are provided via the Zoom platform or another platform agreed upon by the Parties.
2. Procedure for Concluding the Agreement
2.1. The acceptance of this Offer is confirmed by the Client’s payment for the services through the Service Provider’s website and checking the box to agree with the terms of the Offer.
2.2. From the moment of acceptance, this agreement is considered concluded between the Service Provider and the Client on the terms set forth in this Offer.
3. Terms of Service
3.1. The cost of the service is indicated on the Service Provider’s website. Payment is made as a 100% prepayment (excluding VAT).
3.2. The service is provided no later than 3 (three) business days from the moment of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.3. The duration of one session is 50 minutes. The session may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties.
3.4. The service is considered rendered at the time of the session (confirmed by the Client’s connection to the online session, provided payment has been made).
3.5. The result of the service is the provision of a session to address the Client’s questions.
3.6. The Client is aware of and agrees that the consultations are not medical treatments and do not involve making diagnoses.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
4.1. The Service Provider has the right to:
4.1.1. Independently determine the method and structure of the session.
4.1.2. Refuse to conduct a session without a refund of the paid funds if the Client:
- Is in a state that prevents conscious participation in the session (including alcoholic, drug, or medicinal intoxication);
- Displays aggression, threats, or insults toward the Service Provider;
- Joins the session from an environment that does not ensure confidentiality;
- Violates agreements on the technical or ethical conditions of the session. In the event that the Service Provider refuses to conduct a session for the reasons specified, the service is considered rendered, and no refund will be issued.
4.1.3. Use anonymized consultation materials for supervision and intervision.
4.1.4. Reschedule a session with prior notice to the Client of 24 hours or more. Provide an additional, no-cost session if the rescheduling occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice.
4.2. The Service Provider agrees to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of the information received;
- Act within the bounds of professional ethics;
- Ensure the high quality of the services provided.
4.3. The Client has the right to:
- Receive the services specified in this Offer;
- Reschedule a session with 24 hours’ or more notice;
- Terminate the collaboration with notice.
4.4. The Client agrees to:
- Be sober, in a clear state of mind, and join from a confidential space;
- Not record sessions without the Service Provider’s consent;
- Comply with the rules of payment and interaction.
5. Liability of the Parties
5.1. In the event of a session cancellation by the Client with less than 24 hours’ notice, the payment will not be refunded.
5.2. In the event of a session cancellation by the Client with 24 hours’ or more notice, the session may be rescheduled.
5.3. If the Service Provider cancels a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the Client will receive an additional session at no cost.
5.4. In case of a breach of the Offer’s terms by the Client, the Service Provider has the right to cease providing services.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. All information received from the Client is confidential.
6.2. The Client agrees that their case may be used in an anonymized form for the purposes of supervision and intervision.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. This Offer becomes effective upon publication on the website and remains valid indefinitely until it is revoked by the Service Provider.
7.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if that is not possible, in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.3. By making payment and checking the box for consent, the Client confirms that they have read the terms of the Offer, fully understand them, and accept them.
